Repair and Service Training Program Launched for Technical Teams
To support customers in maintaining stable pneumatic and fluid control systems, our company has launched a new repair and service training program for in-house technical teams.

The training program covers fault diagnosis, disassembly, cleaning, seal replacement, component replacement, pressure testing, calibration and maintenance planning for valves, cylinders, actuators, air preparation units and related pneumatic assemblies. The goal is to help customer technicians identify problems faster, perform repairs more accurately and reduce unplanned downtime.
“The best maintenance program starts with clear technical knowledge,” said the service manager. “When technicians understand how pneumatic components work, how to test them and how to prevent common faults, the entire system becomes more reliable.”
The training combines theoretical explanation, practical operation and case-based problem solving. Participants learn to diagnose common issues such as air leakage, pressure instability, slow response, seal wear, blockage and component damage. They also learn how to use test equipment, read technical data and plan preventive maintenance schedules.
According to the company, the program is designed for maintenance engineers, production technicians, electrical engineers and system operators. Each session is tailored to the customer’s actual equipment setup and operating conditions, making the training more practical and immediately useful.
“Training is an investment in long-term reliability,” the service manager explained. “It helps customers move from reactive repair to proactive maintenance, which can reduce costs and improve production stability over time.”
All training is conducted by experienced service engineers with deep knowledge of pneumatic systems, industrial valves, actuators and control assemblies. The company also provides training materials, checklists and technical support after the program is completed.
“Our job is not only to sell components,” said a company spokesperson. “It is to help our customers maintain their equipment safely and efficiently. This training program is an important part of that commitment.”
